General Notary Work (Non Mobile)
Most of the things that need to be notarized are classified under General Notary Work (GNW).
Notarial Seal

The State of Florida caps the price a notary can charge to notarize a document at $10.00. All other fees are custom per the notary.
Black and White Copies/Scans/Emails

There is a high quality laser printer and scanner at our office. Documents can be printed, copied, and/or scanned for $1 a piece. The benefit of this service is not having to go to an office supply store or printing yourself.,
Document Preparation
Est.
Many documents do not require a lawyer to be created such as a Power of Attorney, Will, Healthcare Surrogates, Landlord/Tenant documents, etc. We can generate these documents from scratch, while you will wait, and then complete the notarization. Each of these projects is custom and an estimate will be given depending on the time of work needed.
Mobile Notary
These fees apply to mobile notary work completed outside of our office.
